A native of San Antonio, Texas, Alan graduated in 1984 from Texas A&M as a petroleum engineer. Within 3 years, he transitioned to the water industry, starting in commercial water treatment before coming on board at Steelhead to assist his father-in-law. Working his way up through installation, assembly, engineering and design, he was named president by 1991.
With 23 years of experience in the bottled water industry, Alan has worked to build the business and product line to meet the needs of bottlers worldwide. Equally at home on an install site or presenting the latest technology at a water conference, he is in touch with the needs of the water industry and is dedicated to helping Steelhead fill them.
David Redick A native Californian, David, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Steelhead, graduated from UC Berkeley in 1990 as a Mechanical Engineer. Post-graduation, David developed vast experience in complex system design and project management in the defense arena before he transitioned into the bottle water industry in 1995. Performing in management, operations, sales, and marketing for many of the largest US bottled water equipment manufacturers (Portola Packaging/ CapSnap, RMI, True Integration), David built solid relationships and customer trust worldwide. These relationships and his vast expertise make him a integral part of the Steelhead Team.
