Steelhead’s empty bottle leak tester for larger containers including 3 & 5 gallon (19 ltr) water containers. The single head unit will test up to 600 5-Gallon bottles per hour for pin-hole leaks and cracks down to .008″. Systems can be setup in a production line or will run independently.
Leak Detection down to a 0.008” hole or crack is both fast and accurate. Bottles are tested at very low pressures ensuring the test pressure has little influence on the bottle. This is a self-contained package complete with integrated conveyor for quick and simple installation. The unit can be set up with hot bottles resulting in fewer false rejects and monitors performance periodically during the units operation. Failure to pass a self test cycle will result in an alarm condition which must be reset by the operator.
Steelheads 5 gallon bottle leak tester comes standard with the following items:
- Frame is stainless steel.
- Custom length conveyors
- Adjustable conveyor heights
- Bottle stop and accumulation sensor and controls
- Stand alone and higher speed units are available.
- 110 or 220 3-phase power
